Deliveries within Denmark can take up to seven days, and you should expect about ten days delivery time on orders outside of Denmark. Packages are sent with GLS.
At the moment we have free delivery in Denmark, and will charge 50 DKK for freight on packages sent to countries within Europe.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items at anytime for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
Please note: We do not cover shipping and handling costs for returns. For returns you will be charged for new delivery costs.
All purchases come with 24 months of warranty. Please state your complain within reasonable time if or when you notice or experience any problem with our products.
In the checkout all prices are stated in DKK/NOK/SEK/EURO/USD/ and includes taxes.
Right of revocation
Right of revocation is limited to 14 days. On return make sure that goods are packed in a satisfactory manner. You hold responsibility for the goods until we receive it. Please keep postage stamps and track & trace information at hand. Make sure to contact GRENART by mail at email@example.com or call at +45 53 71 01 21 to ensure that everything is in order.
Please notice that we do not accept packages send with COD. If you denied receiving the package you will be returned your purchase amount.
When will the purchase amount be lifted from your account?
The amount will be lifted upon shipment. Your are permitted to supply information regarding name, address, phone number and e-mail when shopping our goods.
We understand and respect your privacy. We will not supply third parties with information regarding you, unless it is necessary when shipping your goods. We will not sell information regarding your person, credit card, address or email. Any dispute between our company and our costumer are regulated by Danish law.
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that the colours on the product you receive is exactly similar to those you have seen on your screen. Colours may vary from one IT-device to another.
